About EITR Training

Elephant in the room training brings a unique combination of both, professional expertise and lived experience of Cancer, bridging the perspectives of those impacted by Cancer and their employers as well as their colleagues.

Sarah has worked/volunteered within the cancer community for the past 12 years. Working with NHS trusts, Integrated care systems, voluntary organisations and national programs to help translate strategy into meaningful, human-centred action.

The main focus of EITR Training & Consultancy is to support employers, empowering them to navigate the complexities of Cancer and its impact in the workplace, resulting in staff retention and productivity for all.
